We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at support@primespick.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Pack the item securely with the RA number visible
  5. Ship the item to our return address

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status:

  • Approved refunds: Credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Rejected returns: Items that don't meet our return criteria will be shipped back to you

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • Defective/damaged items: We provide a prepaid return label
  • Wrong item received: We provide a prepaid return label
